Rough Weather

If inclement weather prevents us from collecting, we’ll be out as soon as it’s safe for our crews to do so.

Holidays

If your collection day falls on New Years Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day, your collection day will slide to your next scheduled service day. For Residential Customers, with once a week service, your collection will slide to the next business day.
